POW is fair. The more POS money is, the more nodes will become more and more, and the rest will be less and less, and the best of Semux is to make a pow+pos

After I updated my new wallet, the validator was always rejected.I don't know what the reason is, and then I deleted the block and resynchronize the block information to run properly.

Semux is not PoW nor PoS. Semux is using dBFT consensus. Validators(nodes that can mine semux) does not have advantage in getting more semux regardless of how much coins they have.

Also it is an illusion that PoW is fair. Rich can buy more mining rigs or rent more from Nicehash to have an upper hand in the mining process.

Well, I updated. Who does not want to wait while the wallet downloads all the blocks, you can copy files to the folder with the new client:
database
debug.log
wallet.data
Just do it before you open a new wallet, otherwise it will start downloading the database, and then when you close it and add it it will hang and stop updating it.

PoW is the same as PoS... - only PoS needs less energy

Buy (coins or hardware), stack them together. Let it run. What is the difference?

having a 100 TH Rack giving you 10 coins a day, or having 1000 coins giving you 10 coins a day? That's really the same, the tech is different, but the thing is the same.
Money generates money. That is a problem - the loop over PoW is just imaginary.

dBFT is also very equal to this: money generates money. Have more votes, get more coins. We just do not pump gigawatts thorugh the net to get the network running

i didn't find the recommend way by dev  ,will there be any other issues ,especially for the Validator user .

Dbft and dpos both are way better than pow and pos.

It encourages you to hold your coins but you don't need to open your wallet 7/24 or use your gpu/cpu power for generating income. Just vote and wait for your passive income.

I believe that the equipment for mining Semux is to simply hold coins. If production were carried out on video cards, then coins would be cheaper in the market than when the coin mines a new coin, just slower.

Is there any update now? Wink

the new version was released , update the new version as quickly as possible.
My friend told me that the new version of the wallet is not stable, it can not be synchronized, is it like this?
When I use this version is 1.0, it also has this problem, sometimes not synchronized

I have installed latest, with absolutely no problems.
Reading the literature shows that the only people that had problems apparently didn't follow the accompanying instructions; once they did, their wallet worked as well.

so......

Follow their instructions, use it, semux happily ever after....

Perhaps I will get your solution and asking Dev for sure.  I haven't installed the new version due to not compulsory. Maybe I keep on waiting the next release of wallet for awhile.
