BTC-E kept its word, and that's quite satisfying for those who decided not to cash out. It's funny looking at certain people on Twitter desperately trying to convince BTC-E that their account was hacked, and that it wasn't them who initiated the cashout of funds - this while they before that have stated themselves that they in fact chose to cash out.
They either didn't understand that by cashing out would lose their account and 45% in tokens, or they were too greedy to cash out, and got disappointed in them doing so because at the time they agreed to cash out, the overall crypto market took a dive.
