Swarm has evolved from the curated issuance and compliance platform we launched in January 2018 to a fully open infrastructure for digital securities. We are focused on building the tools to empower projects like yours to run your own issuance and fundraising campaign that is fully compliant in the jurisdictions relevant to you.
 
Most importantly, we are offering our open technology for free and launching self-serve tools you can use to bring your token to the world.
 
In a few weeks, we will open up access to the free issuance platform, so now is a great time to start preparing the assets and materials you will need to run a compliant security token issuance and fundraising event.
 
For additional custom support, we are building a network of consultancies that can help you with some of the more complex legal and compliance issues, and also with running a marketing campaign.

Oh! the crowd sale has been started and this is good project but the cap is so huge! and what happen if your cap will not meet on the end date of the crowdsale? does the funds will be return to the investors and it will failed as it is?

In conjunction with our token offering partners, Swarm Fund undertook the process of building custom sale infrastructure for our rolling presale unique tiered pricing model. The initial process lead to the influx of over $750,000 in addition to the ~$2mm achieved via fiat and other accounts.

Despite incredible work from our developers and partners, we were forced to make several late accommodations due to the changing regulatory environment. Despite a full smart contract audit from coinspect we were unable to fully audit the UI.

Additionally the following issues surfaced in the initial software release:

- Incorrect countdown timer due to discrepancies between block time and UTC time
- Incorrect display of starting dollar price ($4.00 per SWM was displayed instead of $1.00)
- The registration form on fiat landing page was partially inaccessible
- Issues with “agree” button on mobile devices
- No clear communication over appropriate gas price to use with some lost transactions

Consequently, we decided to take more time and prolong the process to accommodate a fuller testing phase before a full public release, including user testing.

We will continue our private ambassador referral-only presale at the pre-established pricing tiers.
The public token sale is expected to reopen on 9/21.

Additionally we will be using the revoke capacity of the MiniMe contract to issue refunds and invalidate transactions for those who don’t wish to lock in the current rate. This process is expected to be established and available starting tomorrow.

Ultimately we believe that the combination of rolling sales, open presales, tiered models, embedded governance and drip liquidity will make a more robust offering.

The presale is open right now and $2.25 million is already committed. Also, i don't think there will be a soft cap in the ICO.

No offense, but i don't really think it is similar to KickICO. KickICO is basically Kickstarter for ICOs while Swarm Fund is for individuals, wanting to invest their money into real life commodities and crypto assets. You could maybe compare it with Iconomi minus the real life investments. (by real life i mean things such as the real estate markets).

Hi everyone, do you think it is still possible to swap my SWARM 1.0 stucked on Poloniex? The withdrawal has been disable since 1 year,i opened a ticket at end of July and they only answered me last week.

I know it's too late now for the swap and wondering what could i do with my stack of dead tokens.

I'm really looking forward to what becomes of this project. PoS is losing the faith of the crypto community, it's not the hot topic that it was just a couple months ago. Coins that create real value to share with its holders is what's going to take center stage very shortly. Swarm Fund fits the bill.
