Cryptocurrencies are an incredibly powerful and efficient means for online digital transactions. However, all cryptocurrencies suffer from the problem of Price Volatility. Even giants like Bitcoin can swing by as much as 30% in just a few days. If the dollar went from being worth 100 cents on Monday to just 70 cents on Friday, any form of meaningful economic interactions would be virtually impossible.

Proponents argue that once widespread adoption occurs, the prices will stabilize. However, in order for there to be widespread adoption, there needs to be price stability. This is a circular argument that requires a solution.

AlloyCoin is a new cryptocurrency designed to address this issue. It is the only cryptocurrency with two values -- one being its price floor. Our Road map is being finalized and has yet to be uploaded. However, we are planning a limited pre-sale this November and an ICO in July 2018. Lastly, I'm not quite sure what you mean by "Bounty". Great question! Because Alloy Reserve LLC in a US based company, there are a number of regulations we must comply with in order to have the ICO for our new cryptocurrency. Also, Alloy Reserve LLC is in the process of finalizing other legal matters regarding the patent pending status for our new cryptocurrency and its blockchain. These two are the main reasons for the July 2018 ICO launch.

It is also important to note that while our pre-mining period is still being determined, it will be short compared to other cryptocurrencies. This is because Alloy Reserve guarantees the value of mined coins as part of our implementation. When establishing our price floor or baseprice for each AlloyCoin, we factor into account the number of coins in circulation. Since pre-mining affects the number of circulating coins, Alloy Reserve would need to limit this in order to prevent volatility with our post-ICO baseprice.

We certainly are trying to bring our new cryptocurrency to the community as quickly as possible. However, since Alloy Reserve is a US company, AlloyCoin will need to comply with specific rules and regulations. Having the ICO for our new cryptocurrency in July of 2018 allows us to sort out those legal details ahead of launch!
