Why wouldn't you just do it yourself in Poland. I would rather just pay like 20 dollars for an Anon PLN VISA to be honest.

An anon Visa with a yearly balance limit of 2500 EUR and a single transaction limit of 1000 EUR ? And if I must to load 10000 EUR in that account?  Huh 10 different cards, and I have just spent 200 dollars.

Honestly what are the benefits with this account since you have to give your exact details.
Unless you are saying Poland's banking policies are filled with loopholes

Instead of paying $250 couldn't anyone just go to Poland and open an account?

Pretty sure it cost more than $250 to go to poland unless you live right next-door.

So there is no bank in Poland that lets people open an account online. Because apparently it's worth $250 to open an account online.
