Generally speaking, and this is also available for stocks, you only invest money that you can accept to lose. According to expert prevision, the trend of the cryptocurrencies will keep increasing, so in my view, it is good to buy and let them acquire value for 1 or 2 years

Depends on what kind of coin it is. If I am swing trading based on charts, I don't like to hold any coin for more than 5 days, however if i am able to buy a good coin in accumulation zone and i am confident about its fudnamentals, then i will hold it from 6 months to 2 years!

Hi guys! if you trade,  how long do you hold your coins?. How would you know if you have to let go or sell you coins or still have to keep it?.

It really depends on the token or coins that you have. Some are worth holding and some are worth selling. I had a coin before where I waited for a month and it was able to grow 2x it's starting selling price. There were some that started well and after holding for a month it dropped and almost dumped. It depends on your judgement.

I usually don't hold my coins for too long. I love doing short term investments instead. I do buy and sell daily.

Hi guys! if you trade,  how long do you hold your coins?.

I don't know on how long I do hold my coins. I don't have a definite range of time on how many days, weeks or months do I need to hold.

How would you know if you have to let go or sell you coins or still have to keep it?.

There is a definite reason on when I'm going to sell and that is if there is a profit on that time. I'm not gonna sell if capital is the only return by that time.

And if possible, I hold it longer.

It all depends on your expectations. Do you want immediate proffit, a long term proffit? The biggest factor that is affecting all is your time. How much time you have to spend it for crypto. Do you have the time to do a research of an ico that you like, then monitor it's proggress.....that can take a few months, years, but can at the same time be very profitable.
I like to invest in ICO's, some long ter some short. But can not handle more than 4 or 5 projects at the same time. That means do the researches, monitor it's growth of price, catching charts waves....

Before you trade, you should know why you it is worth to invest, then you should keep close look at the development and update, finally, you will know when to sell.

They said that the best way to earn is to hold as long as possible )

It depends on the coin, some coins like waves or stratis I will never sell it until 2018 or 2019 but if I don't trust the project, I genarally sell it after the pump.

I longest hold a coin is about 1-7 months. my target to hold an altcoin is to earn around 50-100% if the price has reached my target immediately sell it.

I hold 3 years.

If the shadow economy is in fact growing, that has upsides and downsides. It's certainly a good thing that people are finding ways to survive during a brutal downturn. But it's yet another sign that the formal economy is utterly failing to create enough jobs for everyone.

from the beginning I joined the world of cryptocurrency started last year
I never hold the longest coins for the longest only 2bulan. because I am an impatient person.
so I like to sell fast coins quickly after that regret
because the next few months the price of the coin rises drastically

This means that you are one who books profits in short time and move ahead. Its good in a way that you are not that greedy and take profits out . But considering the overall scenario and especially good altcoins they have good future so in such cases you will miss the opportunity when the big rallies happen . So you can actually just hold some few % of coin and rest sell it like you do now.

Well usually I hold my coins as long as I still see profitability on it or I think the coin is crashing it would continue until become worthless.
