It's no longer about the cards themselves. They can all mine with almost the same hashrate.
The question that is really important is for how much you are going to get any of these ?

I don't know if you have an idea about the current gpu market status but all graphics cards are usually out of stock and the only ones available are sold for imaginary prices.

If you can find any one in your local area who sells any new cards for good (normal) prices, just grab them at once and don't think twice. Be it rx 470,480,570,580 or gtx 1060,1070 whatever.

I can't get any card now for under $400.

Good Luck

I guess you can try them all if you can possibly have it, as for mining, they will probably be almost in the same hashrate, I'm just wondering that this 8GB card  MSI Radeon RX 470 DirectX 12 Radeon RX 470 ARMOR 8G OC 8GB 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Cards is much cheaper than the other 4GB ones, imo, if you can have it all then you could prove it which is which, then buy all out on your best bet card. but i can still go with the card that has 8GB, for DAG generation purpose later on it might not in Eth when go to POS but to other possible Altcoin mining.

If these amounts are all in USD, there are better options available.

These aren't 470s, but they'll give you similar (or slightly better) performance (at the cost of some increased power consumption). I don't think the price difference for those 4GB 470 cards is worth it. The MSI 8GB one might be worth extra, though.

Unfortunately, there is a 1/customer limit that you'd either need to bypass or accept purchasing 1 of a variety of cards (which shouldn't be a problem).
