Week is from Friday to Thursday? Another rule is "Maximum one tweet a day", so max tweets/retwees a week is 7? Or this rule only refers to tweets, but retweets can be more a day?

Maximum 1 tweet/retweet is used to prevent spam, our requirement is at least 5 tweets/retweets each week, so you are still qualified if you tweet/retweet 5 times in a week, and one day one time max.
The week cycle starts from the date you registered through our form.
