Lost Ethereum Help (Poloniex)

I sent 4 Ethereum's out last night to different addresses but only one was received at hitbc. Three Eth's were lost does anyone know why this might of happened? Its not even showing up in Etherscan.

there is tx ids please check transactions if they dissapper then coins will be back to poloniex wallet. 
Here the bigger problem starts. The name of the problem is poloniex support. You will wait for a long time.

Ive checked the transactions and only one went through. Im trying to open a support ticket with polo but it keeps saying my password is invalid so Im trying to reset it and its not working. Polo is starting to be a nightmare.

So when I try to open a ticket it says the password is incorrect when I know 100% the password is correct because I just signed into my withdrawals. Anyone know whats going on?
