Yes, if you are on the leaderboard at position 350 you will get 250 Satoshi at the end of the day.

If you make it everyday to the top 100 you get to the threshold in 20 days. I think this is a reasonable. If you mange to get your daily bonus to 100% (quite a few users already reached that), it will take only 10 days.
