I go for Dota2. Aside from it has a better graphics than LOL, for me. I like how the game plays. More stratrgy to use. Enhances your Decision making skills. It develops your mind to respond faster and accurately on a difficult situation. But of course, people have different taste. So it all depends on the person where he's going to enjoy either of the two.

I think dota 2 because dota 2 is more fun and more logic   and strategy   that you can use in dota same in lol but its more fun in dota and much better  graphic .

Dota! Im an avid fan of dota since dota 1. so entertaining and a very good strategic game.

DotA 2 is much more accessible and much more free than LoL. All heroes are free plus it gets updates on a regular basis which reduces bugs and have a more enjoyable gameplay. Graphics are way better than LoL. DotA 2 also focus more on hero and team chemistry. In order yo win a lot of games, you always have to pick a complete team and play with your friends who are in close proximity with you to eliminate communication delays. DotA 2 has bigger tournaments and practically, all heroes are free. You don't have to wait a week for a new set of roster.

I don't like monstrous adventures, so I choose League of Legends The characters were just so fabulous and keep updated by time. The lores are so hooked up.

I vote Dota 2. What I can't figure out is if Dota stems from Warcraft 3 or Starcraft 1 originally? I understand that both games had the same concept/custom maps.

dota 2 is my belief, although i dont play it for a long time, but i love it, i will watch the important matches and keep an eye on my favourite teams

both of them are going downhill, the mobile game are very popular and will replace pc game in the future
