I contacted DHL to pick up the miners for shipping, they come tomorrow between 1-3pm to collect the boxes and provide the tracking details.

Tomorrow once they are picked up you receive a pm with tracking details, will also send this to philipma1957.
Apologize for 1 day delay.

For now keep up the agreement, till all miners are delivered and tested sales will stay on hold.

It would have been nice if you had set up the pickup yesterday as you did make it seem like you had this all planned out.
What country are the units shipping from? I would like to figure out time zone difference and look up DHL expected shipping times. Can you also post some photos of the packages ready to go.

Which is normal when a deal dies.

so the only loser in a dead deal is me as I am paying the shipping from the escrow fees.

I think most people here don't understand escrow is a tough job.  Once escrow  fee is paid  it belongs to the escrow agent  so  it does not get refunded.  I have options  to lower it or reduce it  to smooth out deals  my primary duty is to protect  the buyers first in this case but to also protect the seller.

this was about a 18,000 dollar deal.   1.5 % = 270 in fees for me. which matches the shipping almost perfectly.

Even though I mentioned to buyers  more then one time they were at risk for shipping I won't leave them hanging.   So their cost will be the escrow fees.

 Which is normal on dead deals or good deals.  I will end up wasting a few hours  and coindiggers would score 270 or so which would be my escrow fees.


Of course coindiggers could simply give tracking and ship the gear  which would be ideal.

Nay it looks like he is gone.  still 270 loss is better then 18000 loss.

and a new style of con has been taught to me.

It does mean something as sometimes I do a large deal with 1000 or 2000 in shipping fees.

So if a seller said please allow me access to shipping fees early as it is a hardship to lay fees out from now on it will be a now go.

I will pay out refunds to the escrowed buyers on thurs at 3:00pm  Eastern Standard time

Most forums have restrictions on newbie accounts about creating new topics. I understand limiting the number of posts per hour to reduce bot spam. A similar restriction for new accounts would do everyone some good. I cant think of any real benefit  in allowing such freedom. I know for a fact that the Indian subsection is full of newbie accounts selling their 30+ orders of D3 and shit that just arrived hot off the airport! Of course there is a 10% booking fee to show that you are serious and the rest 90% you can give when you come to collect the miner. 

Anyone who creates a new account to sell something is an obvious scammer. The logic is flawed on so many levels! A successful sale is a positive thing for that account. It makes it credible. If you are friends with a shop / service provider who gives you perks and discounts because of a positive history, the last thing you do is go into that shop with a mask. The only reason you would want do that is to rob them and not be identified later.

The idea of owning mining equipments / rigs and not having an BCT account is just plain ridiculous. That's like trying to find a crypto dev who is not on github. They just don't exist. They are unicorns. And if they do, the last place they are going to stumble on is BCT for selling their gear. The marketplace here is pretty much non existent when it comes to search results and SEO.

I was wondering when you overpayed in shipping did the "seller" reimburse you that amount?

 I just found it weird that seemed to be something that I thought to myself, a scammer wouldn't do. I guess he was playing the long game hoping maybe someone would bypass Escrow or something.
