www.bitforums.net Registrations are closed atm, itll launch next Wednesday. It offers many sections, as well as every section being available to new members. The market place is alot more general and better, so what do you think?

www.Bitclockers.com has excellent forums, I highly recommend at least visiting the site if you are a beginner. Lot's of guides and helpful people to answer your questions. Also, a very profitable pool aside from the forum. Check it out

It has a moderation period that people who have nothing to add to the official forum usually cannot stand to wait past. I do not know for sure it is the case in this instance, but it is generally true.

Surely if they cannot wait then they are not that interested in BTC???

I agree, having a moderation period will make people not sign up imo.

Honestly, as long as the Bitcoin forums are empty, keep as many as possible.
No centralized much of anything allows Bitcoin to survive off of many many mini-communities rather than big brother one or something. I am now for.

I'd like to see a non-nerdy forum. Talk about the business and economics of bitcoin not gpus and hashes.
