This is classical pump & dump scheme, with way too high POS.
I may try it for fun with very small amount, in case the pump will follow. But only for fun and with the clear idea of dump it later.

I don't know if it's the cheapest but it is really affordable right now is Insanecoin (INSN).  POS is at 8% annually.  Masternodes rewards are higher and requires having 50k INSN which is currently around 5.5 cents each right now.  Something worth looking into if you're into POS and masternodes.
