Question of plagiarism

Is plagiarism valid here at Bitcointalk our website? like getting ones work? and copy pasting others post and even you own post?

copying and pastying will result in permanent ban,
so it's not a legal activity in Bitcointalk,if you found something like that try to open up a thread in META section,
and post the prooft about plagiarism in there,
i believe the mods will ban them forever
