Asus gtx 1070 OC, hashrate is dropping?

Hi,

I have asus gtx 1070 oc version and hashrate is dropping from 26 to 21 if I overclock my cards  than hashrate is droping from 31 to 25 every 2 minutes. I installed claymore 10 , drivers from asus site I also tried tryed GeForce drivers from NVidia Version   "385.41 - WHQL", I'm using windows 10. Any advice? Thank you
At the moment I wrote post hashrate droped to 7mhs and 14 mhs also?

Is that only GPU in your computer? I have a rig with 4x1070 and the same is happening only to GPU0. The card which needs to draw desktop and  when I am accessing the rig. This is i believe a known problem and to be expected. Card can not produce maximum hashrate if it has to do other stuff as well.

I have two rigs one with 5 cards and on that rig everything is ok.

On second rig i have two 1070 and on both gtx 1070 hashrate is droping cant figure why. I just instaled everything from the begining and same happend? Any ideas?
