i do not know about high quality or not,
but the only thing that i am really sure about is they have their own taste and decision.
the only one who will pay them up are themself and even if we do not agree with their decision it was not our problem.
we should respect other decision and try to improve ourself.
can we have some respect for each others ? if you do not get listed then so be it.

Beautiful response indeed.
As I said, I am more than willing to be audited and audit the campaign manager in case any of the community members will point out a list of specifically suspicious / non objective choices.

We have actually reviewed the post history of every member carefully.
Ranking every member 1 - 10 according to the quality of the contributions (content), syntax and tidiness of the posts , and knowledge of the English level.

So far, we have only accepted candidates that scored 8 and above.

If you wish to discuss our decision with us, we are here for you.

Hey Razick, Mr. Campaign Manager will you be accepting more applicants next week? And what can you say about my post quality? In which I was not one of the members that are accepted, so that I can actually improve my post quality.

We rank each applicant on a scale from 1-20 based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to:

  • Trust score
  • Post length
  • Posting consistency
  • English fluency
  • Number of posts
  • Overall quality

Only applicants with a rating of 16 or higher are accepted.

Those on list 2 score 14+, and may be accepted in the future.

So you and your campaing manager have different scale for ranking applicant in this campaing? You are rating them from 1-10 and he from 1-20?

Big number of users apply for this campain and only few are selected, some may be disappointed with your decision but what we can do with that. This is your choice and all not accepted should move on.

They are a group of fake people and they are only pretending to be a grand group of running an exchange. Just think that if an exchange can give that much pay for participants then why they are not able to hire a signature campaign manager and why they hire only a simple spammer.

I checked all the participants and i found that a good number of high profile and reputable members are rejected and only spammers are selected who are frequently rejected by professional managers.

The nexchange and the managers are making the drama from a few days and in these days they want someone to trap and when someone will deposit in their exchange a good amount they will escape.

From the activities of their past few days. It is recommended to not use their exchange as they looks shady and scammers.

You have no evidence for this, not a single shred of evidence. Maybe that's why you're such a coward that you had to create an alt to post such nonsensical claims.

Pray-tell how is Razick a spammer? Sure, he isn't trusted like Yahoo or Luptin but I've gone through the first page of his latest posts, which is more than I can say for a coward like you, and I'm yet to see spam, obvious spam at least.

As for hiring, AFAICS from his post history, he applied for the position.

Yet another unsubstantiated and nonsensical claim. The "drama" you're talking about (having their thread deleted because it appeared like they were paying people to bump it) has been resolved in the Meta section. Taking things out of context won't help you.

Or perhaps you're not talking about that but something else you pulled out of thin air.

From the level of butthurt in your post it is evident you were one of the permanently rejected applicants. You can't just let it go and move on so you've tried to go on this (failed) smear campaign with a freshly created alt.

Why you are very panic for this fool manager and for this scam exchange. I am posting because i smelled this group will scam those who will do trade on nexchange. all is obvious from their activity. If you favor them then you are in their group and you will also get a percent in the money which they would steal from traders.

It is obvious, that not each participant can be accepted in a campaign and the company/campaign manager is free to choose  the members they want. But the manner in cancelling participants could maybe explain the harsh reaction on it. In my subjective impression the applicants were not dismissed politely but treated as if they had done something wrong. But it gives nevertheless no reason to spread out nonprooved accusations.
Best luck to your campaign.

And how are they supposed to reject posters, send them scented cards Huh  Not everyone can be accepted, deal with it. Butt-hurt idiots should accept the decision and move on to the next campaign. That is what I would do, instead of showing my ignorance on a public forum. They don't owe anybody diddly squat. You don't tell a company what criteria they should use when recruiting.. All those calling other posters out as spammers are spammers too. We all are, paid posting is.

Ok I see I am first on the list for the next users too be hired. You said my post quality is not high enough. That is fine you are the one paying so you may ask for whatever you want. Instead of moaning like I see many people doing I will simply try again and bring my posy quality up. If you have some tips please let me know. After all If I don't know what to improve on I won't be able to. I see scam assumptions too but I will give you the benefit of the doubt and just take my chances after all i have nothing to lose.

I am going to continue wearing the signature and represent you. I hope next week you will review my latest posts and let me in. Thank you very much.

Most spammers write endless lines are crap.

I only agreed because of The length of post does not mean it's High quality. Do you think 1 or 2 paragraph posts are helpful for simple question like, how to increase my activity/rank? or other question which only need short answer?
You can try to visit on bitcoin discussion or economic or gambling section which are the best section for finding a lot of spammer.

People still think "The longer your post, the higher your post quality"

Is there any chance you are one of rejected people?

I agree, because repetition of words won't make anybody's post look any more decent as well as qualitative as what it could be when they do it short and simple. But for the conditions to be fulfilled here, even those 3 sentences may be needed in full.

Anyways, thanks to the manager and Nexchange guys for accepting me in their campaign. Will prove everyone that their decision isn't wrong, as well as if I were in place of those who got rejected/not accepted or even put on the wait list, I would take it as an opportunity instead to improve and show them why they should have me. I am not harsh but very kind in my words, so please don't take them wrongly because talking negative is easy, but taking negative is hard.

I don't understand the fuss. Is this because of the good rates? I've been rejected a few times by campaign managers and hired in other campaigns run by the same manager. Folks need to understand you won't always be accepted, no matter how good your post quality is.... and that by the way, is subjective.

The length of post des not mean it's High quality. Post in bitcoin discussion or economics does not mean that their posts are constructive.

Fully agreed with this.

Is there any chance you are one of rejected people?

Yes there is, there absolutely is a massive chance that he is. He, and CapitalTalk claimed that "only spammers are selected who are frequently rejected by professional managers" so I went ahead and checked myself.

I've crosschecked the accepted and potentially acceptable names here with Yahoo's, Lauda's, notaek's and Lutpin's blacklist (there's no explicit list for Lutpin). Unsurprisingly, not a single one of them are in any permanent blacklist that I could find but 3 of the accepted people (their names are below each other on Nexchange's list funnily enough) are on Lauda's and the general SMAS list for spamming/low quality posts.

However, 3 or ~11%, on one list, out of 27 (the total number of names here) is a far cry away from "only spammers are selected who are frequently rejected by professional managers". Not only is nexcher a coward, he's a lying, butthurt coward. CapitalTalk is also a liar, and probably the owner of this alt account which himself could be an alt account of more ranked up member that was rejected, like jacee.

I am really confused on why I didn't get accepted.  I checked the post history of several of the people on your accepted list and half of them are spammers and clearly do not speak English.  What are the grounds for getting accepted vs denied?

Not sure how reliable your campaign managers' decision on selecting the participant. I checked most of the accepted participants and I can see that most of them are posters on basically all the spam thread or low quality thread which you can see on the bitcoin discussion and gambling discussion. All their post are general spam which are mostly just recycled post and sentences that were rephrased to make it look like a constructive post but if you look in it, it's actually not.
The length of post des not mean it's High quality. Post in bitcoin discussion or economics does not mean that their posts are constructive.

Please provide some examples.
I will gladly audit my campaign manager.
All decisions are objective and transparent.

Kind regards,
O.
Sent you a list of example. I didn't want to post it in here since it will ruin the thread but if you want me to post it, just let me know.

Hi Jacee,
I didn't want to quote your post to make it hard for everyone to see my reply. Tongue
I believe you are right in your words, but what shall we do then? Stop replying and commenting in the threads we feel we should post in?
Stop commenting in "generic" threads which are longer in terms of number of pages?
Come on, my English isn't that bad. At least I don't post how many people on the forum do, you must be seeing many participants getting more than 0.01 BTC for posting some bullshit comments which doesn't even possess an 'F' of fluency in their posts.

And about this:

Hodling is an option I have seen that has proven to be the best one so far because Bitcoin rewards those who can wait. Just think about the people who sold after it fell down from 1k to 250 in 2014, they must be thinking over their decision for over 1000s of times now. Even alts work the same way, and if you feel you can't wait then selling your alts will be of no harm but regretting in the future if they get pumped up back is not an option because if Bitcoin goes higher in its value, you are actually getting what you have invested in alts (in terms of fiat) which is an advantage that you get. So why to sell them and not wait a bit more longer to get better rates through alts too?

Ah! Let me make it simple for you. I just made it clear to OP that holding is the best thing for everybody. When BTC fell straight from 1k to 250 in 2k14, many may have sold off in panic whom must be crying as of now.
About the word "alts", it was used for altcoins. I asked them that selling them won't harm their portfolio because Bitcoin will surely go up hard soon which will get them their invested money back in terms of fiat (USD). Then I said it's better to wait even in alts because if they go higher once again, they may be in profits from both ends. Simple as that. Smiley
