I am new to buying crypto and have been looking at the Waves platform. It is possible to buy Waves directly through the wallet but the price is currently 30 Euros for ~5.47 Waves. That makes a single Wave ~5.48 Euros which converts to $6.59. According to Coinmarketcap the price is $4.21. Why is there such a huge difference in buying through the Waves platform? I seem to be able to use changelly.com and get them at $4.20 per Wave which is a 35% difference.

Answering my own question: I think they use Indiacoin as the payment processor which has rather large fees as far as I can tell. Better to buy Bitcoin and exchange through Changelly.
