hi everyone,

I cant reach NE site through my home connection or phone connection (Same ISP provider, Vodafone, 4G)
only with VPN or other network...  Huh

The website is working fine for me and I use wifi connection at home. What exactly is the error you are getting? It should work if you clear your cache and cookies and reload the page else the problem lies with your ISP only.

i know its ISP only, tested some browsers, private navigation (no cookies) tablet, iphone.. nothing

i got connection expired like if pag is offline

im asking if someone had this problem. I contacted NE, them i will contact isp

if you can not do the trade or open up the exchanger site which mean your IP address had been blocked by them,
lately they're attacked by people and because of that the site has been down and it's very slow a few days ago,
they're tracking the IP of the attacker and blocking it in order to prevent another attack in the future.
so,your IP address suspected as one of the attacker that is why you can not reach their website,
other than that a new registration also disabled for now.

the only way to reach their site is by sending the ticket to them and proof it that you're not one of those attacker,
you can reach their website if they lift the ban in your account if not,say goodbye

i can easly change ip, did not worked, here the response from nova

There you go as least you got a answer from their support and you need some patience here. I'm assuming that they are doing this upgrade to protect their customer based against DDoS or even an hack. So its gonna be worth to wait till everything is up and ready for us.

Edit: I was able to connect their just now. Maybe you can try on your end to see if its work. Otherwise you will need to contact support again. Happy trading. Grin

2017-09-08 20:46 - We have to block IP-ranges
We are still under attack and this time it is the login page that we can't disable. Instead we have blocked some IP-ranges where most of the attacks are coming from.
