Phenix coin pools not paying out? Nothing but unpaid shares for more then 48 hrs

Hi all. Hate a whine to be my first post but wasn't getting any where sending emails to support@phenixcoin/pool.com. I was mining phenixcoin doing well but not getting paid. 27000 unpaid shares for more then 48 hours. I was using the ash01.phenixpool.com
Any ideas why and will I be paid out at some point? Reading the official phenix coin thread I see others had a issue as well but that was back near release. I guess its not fixed yet?
