You can view bitcointalk on mobile, but yea the forum theme isn't really responsive so user experience on mobile will be pretty bad. Bitcointalk is working on a better layout though, it would probably give us better user experience if it's released. Though I'm not sure if they're still working on it, since it's been almost the same since forever.

You can use this Android (APK) apps  https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.elbandi.forum.bitcointalk for browsing on the forum.This app was looking good but its no more working for google recaptcha option.so there is no alternative option for browsing this forum.I am using this forum into my mobile with google chrome browser, I feel comfortable here.

But whats about this site https://beta.bitcointalk.org/boards? If I want to join here, I have to create a new account??

You can use your smartphone to view Bitcointalk. But it's not good. Because Bitcointalk forum doesn't Mobile responsive. But is working on User Experience. theres a bitcointalk app for android and i think its on google play now, but it is not the official app of bitcointalk.org  so just be careful and extra cautios using a third party app thats not came officially from the site because it may cause some problems like spam or worse your account might get hacked. ive also tried that app and good thing i dont get any issue and the page seems to load faster compared to web view but the pages are segmented and its quite annoying to click offently on the next page to see other topics.
