Altcoin to hold for long term?

My long term alt coin is definitely ethereum. It's the only coin I feel safe holding regardless of the day to day fluctuations of the price point. Any of those other coins I feel the need to constantly monitor and trade. I never sell my ethereum and always feel safe in the belief it will continue to grow in value.

For me the most suitable coins for long-term are Neo, LTC, ETH, Zencash, Zcoin, Golem, Ripple, Factom, etherum. Those are strong coins with quality team.
To be honest i HODL all those coins.
You might aussi invest in  Sumocoin and Terracoin, as market coin is so small.

I agree with you. Beside BTC, best one for long term in my opinion is ETH.

Ethereum classic is always my main choice. It is undervalued for many years and right now it is the best time for it to rise. Even if it can not increase its price right now, in the next year, it will increase. As you can see, ethereum classic contains many features inside and it is the same as ethereum. And its price is much cheaper

Because many project use their platform so it prove that they are is a good altcoin and have a future for invest long term

You already said that. Ethereum is a good coin to stock. But there's no sureness in which coin will have the greatest increase in the future because the price fluctuations has no regular pattern. It may go down continuously for a mean time, then go up. Even it goes through a cycle, it doesn't follow any pattern, that's why its hard to predict. All you have to do is trust your instinct and see for yourself.

In long term I suggest LTC/DOGE, these two have been around for long and are as good as bitcoin. They are clone coins.

Litecoin ( no one can compare it )
Dash ( if you buy 1000 nodes and setup thaster nodes, you can get revenue daily )

I think it's pretty fairly priced, you can hold it and make 4.5-9 CROWN a day as a masternode until it matures and takes off.   There's an active dev team and they have big plans.

i think if you look at the portfolio of some coins other than etherum that is worthy or good for the long term is Monero, NEM and NEO.

Here are for me the best projects to hold long term.
Stratis: Two excellent project with big potential
Zencash :  with zeroknowledge technology. You have to buy and sutout not to sell because their potential is very important!

Great lifting power lies within community, this is why every project should first think about community and how to attract first investors - pioneers who won't abandon ship in first good chance. ZenCash is perfect example how one project should look like! It is not about nodes nor about fast profit. When you see whats are achievements of this team in such a short period of its existence, you must ask yourself what will be in 6 months... This is what attracts more investors.
Stratis is also one of mz favorite but doesn't hold price good. But on the long run this is winner!
