Doing the math, it looks like my price is about 7% over MtGox at the moment, but if MtGox increases over the next day or two, that $146.71 offer may be reasonable.  I'll honor that offer for an exchange with you until 2013-05-31 06:00 UTC or until MtGox last trade exceeds $149, whichever comes first.  I've updated the offer to indicate this.
