Useful reviews. As for the safety, I believe cex is fine. Never heard of any security breaches with this exchange.

Cex and Bitsmapt and coinmama are the best options to buy bitcoin with credit card or debit card. You can use any international credit card.

In my opinion, the best place is the safest. I've used several platforms, but still I can say that I trust only one, it's https://cryptonex.org
It is relevantly new, but it is worth trying as it's extremely convenient to buy there with you bank card. I would consider speed, comprehensibility, prices and limits to be the advantages of the service.
Hope my advice will be relevant.

Problem with coinbase is that the transactions take forever to process. You always have the option of buying gift cards(Steam, Amazon, Wal-mart, etc.) with your CC and exchanging them on paxful or localbitcoins. Your rates might not as be competitive, but you get your bitcoins much faster.

In 2013/2014 i used localbitcoins for that. Not it's easier to buy it with some exchange service or wallet (i used coinbase, changelly, changenow). Be ready to pass some kyc/aml procedures.

Hi;

I like to use CEX for that but their buy limit is very low.

Kind regards
