It is a performance model. You will get paid for what you do, not what you have done already.

Assuming that your main focus is to hit that 2000 mark in 30 days. What you would do is go into a few sections and just open all the newest threads and post random stuff.
Asking for 2k a month is a bit too high, the problem with this is that, in a few months i'd grow to 10k random posts..

Posts per month with only 1 ad (Bit777 or Peerbet):

50-100: 0.02 BTC
101-250: 0.04 BTC
251-500: 0.08 BTC
501-801: 0.12 BTC
801-1200: 0.16 BTC
1201+: 0.20 BTC

You probably made 251-500 additional posts in the 30 day period. This pays you for posts that you make in 1 month, not posts that you have already made.
