This platform working really bad. I hate exchanges with fake volumes, which is 100% related to LA Exchange.

5 days ago I encountered with a problem on this Exchange. I cancelled order but my asset is still frozen (as it is still in active order). Support bot only asks for patience but do nothing. Is this serious work?
