It is good that your plan is not to short, this way you have enough time to finish the platform and add support for different languages and so on.
It is still quite early, the pre-ICO just finished, ICO starts on 10th and until the end of ICO or post-ICO, the project can be almost ready. I suggest that you don't hurry with exchanges. Finish the product first and than it will be time for exchanges. There is no need for exchanges because people can buy Wordcoins thru the ICO.
