Not sure if this is his project but looks like the thread started is a ponzi scammer. That means this project must be as wel a ponzi in disguise and he's just here to start a fake ICO to get peoples money with his promise of nothing.

Accounts with negative trust shouldn't be allowed to manage bounties as well as ''Newbies account''. lots of them path with promoters payments. And never return. Also, i would advice promoter (bounty hunters) not to be desperate in promoting any ICO, so that fraud can be ruduced or flush out of the system. ICOs should be properly scrutinized. Thanks
