Should provide further more details about the project. The idea is logically acceptable but i don't think anybody (including team) can explain how does it work and how much people could be really interrested. May be an announcement thread is a fundamental step before bounties.
Also i don't like your poor presentation. Recrute a manager. That This thread should be the declaration of the newborn of a great project !!!
