Advertizers buy Flixx for $. Users watch ads for Flixx, or may buy Flixx for $ to avoid ads. Users then pay creators to watch videos. Creators may choose to share a certain % with seeders (uploading users). Creators sell Flixx for $ to users and advertizers.
I belive advertizers also pay a 10% fee to Flixxo for the ads

That's the gist of it, but I would say that creators would definitely want to pay a share to seeders, otherwise they'd be the only one seeding the content.

While it is important to abide by timelines, what is much more important is that the platform is launched successfully, sure there will be bugs, however, it would be much worse to launch at unfinished platform and then have users put off by that. They are users we would be unlikely to get back. I place much more confidence in a team that will delay a launch as they are not satisfied that things are 'complete' (to a certain degree), rather than rush something out just to appease people
