When you post a video you will have to lock few Flixx tokens in. If there won't be any issues with copyright or content you will get them back after 7 days. Users will be able to report content and there will also be "Currators" which will be choosen by community and they will get paid to search for copyrighted and inapropriate videos.

Flixxo is currently on the market in Gatecoin, etherdelta, and you can go there to trade, but the price doesn't seem to be ideal. Other exchanges such as bittrex and binance seem to have no plans at the moment.

Thanks for sharing your opinion, you are right community building is extremely important so is the volume of big exchanges , dragonchain is one good exemple but they are many more exemples of coins that never appreciate in value due to increase competition and lack of exposure to big exchanges. But ultimately if big exchanges requires high fees , it indeed does not help
