Hmm, not sure if this is the right place to ask this though. So people can help you out probably tell us more about your problem. You can start by telling us where did you try to buy bitcoins from, what country you are in, and what kind of visa card did you use. Those information will likely help out so that people can start answering your question.

Limited in number. Limitless in potential.

I didn't know that there's already an option to buy bitcoins from blockchain.info using visa cards.

Do you try more than once to buy? If the error always shows try to contact blockchain's support instead, there's no way people can help you here with your problem.

Most of the customer supports are crap. Luckily, I rarely have to deal with them or avoid them completely. Tho, I've never had the opportunity or reason to contact blockchains.info support, but I've never had any problems with that whatsoever that would require the need of customer support. Maybe that's just some special, "delicate", problem because I know people from my country having problem with banks and bitcoin exhanges where the bank would actually lock their accounts.

Need some spare btc for a new PC that can at least run Adobe Dreamweaver.
