Actually Cacao is the Main Commodity that Venezuela exports to Japan. There is an existing market of more than 5,000 tons every year, with the possibility to expand.

The Venezuela bean is quite exceptional and this has been a fact since XIX century, Cacao beans were used by the Spaniards in colonial times as currency to trade with the Aborigins, I can privately share a documentary about this if you like

How the token distribution will be?

the ICO will be released in the Ethereum blockchain with 100,000,000 CacaoShares. We are working on securing the appropriate escrow partners and exchanges to give the necessary assurance to the public. Any suggestions will be more than welcome

We are updating the terms to fit the regulations on Cryptos, This shall be ready this week but the rationale is as follows:

1 cacao tree will store 100 CacaoShares,
1 cacao tree has a peak productive life of 25 years up to a 100 years,
1 cacao tree can produce about 1 to 2 kg of Cacao in its peak productivity
The cacao beans will be sold and exported and the revenues converted into Tokens (of new trees, separate tokens) that will be awarded to the owners of the "original" tokens, those secondary and tertiary assets can be exchanged freely as well for other cryptos of fiat
The owner of the Cacao can also claim "in kind" 1 kilo or whatever his tree produces once a year. we will know because of the App that will report continuously the situation of each tree

In conclusion, if one CacaoShare costs you 50 cents then a Tree will cost 50$ and will produce at least 50 kilos of Fine Cacao that fetches retail price of 50$ (In Tokyo), so   50 x 50 = 2500$

The productivity declines after year 25. Just as a reference the existing trees are 40, 60 years old
