First 500 block is the instamine prevention. So from 1-500 block reward only 1 VEGA! After block 500 will return to normal reward which is 300 VEGA /block

I started mining on the pool about 3 hours ish ago when there were only 2 miners and no payment yet just so everyone knows. So either its every 4 hours or once a day. I can live with 4 hours but hopefully its not once a day,
