Or use local port (dont need open port)

You don't need to open ports. Go here and change port to 9898 in .conf file and remove addnodes.

I havn't .conf file on "c:\Users\@USER@\AppData\Roaming\Vegacoin\". Where can i find them?

Hopefully this is just a misunderstanding.  It's a dead coin if dev is stealing all pool payouts for himself, it would kill most auction and exchange value.
