No it isn't have a bright future, cause developer is scammer. Just look on the numbers of transactions on his handmade exchange and you will see it - half of numbers are hidden so you can't trace transaction in bitcoin/ethereum/litecoin blockchain even if this transactions would exist, but this transactions is just fake. He trying to create visibility of liquidity of this scamcoin, publishing fake transactions on his fake echange, and sell his premine to idiots, whom there is a lot of here. It is what it is.
