FYI, just because he was "successful" in his scam doesn't mean he cant be held accountable legally for his actions. Its not hard to show the con and he can be sued. Right now there are a few class action lawsuits against exchanges like poloniex and kraken because of the Eth mishap. These kiddos better not think they are immune to legal action because this is the crypto world. They commit a crime, they can still be held accountable for the scams they commit.

first of all I didnt mine or buy this crap, nor am I making empty threats. did you read anything I wrote or anything ive posted about this coin for the last 10 pages or so?

I am merely letting people know who may have fallen for this scam, that they do have legal recourse if they choose to TRY and go down that road.

There are a lot of new people to crypto who no nothing about the 100s of crap coins out there and know even less about lawsuits pending against jackasses who steal and defraud them.

maybe you should look up the words fraud, scam, swindle, etc and see what they say.. yes, someone who knowingly deceives you for personal or financial gain is commiting a crime.
