I ordered Antminer D3 on September 5, 2017 and paid the within 1 hour. now it's 7 days pass and my order still expired.
I created a couple of tickets to ask them, about my paid order but no reply back at all.
Does anyone still get status of order as an expired even paid money within time frame?
How longest time does it take to make me know for sure that my order will not change status to "paid" forever.
The reason that I ask this question is to know that how many people still got an expired order even paid within 1 hour. Am I still be in the safe zone due to Bitmain has been very busy on validating payment or I have been abandoned from them already.
If so, is there a way to refund all my money in case my order never changing status to "paid"? some recommendation will be appreciate!
