You may try following steps:

1. Make sure windows firewall is not blocking the wallet
2. Go here: C:\Users\*your user name*\AppData\Roaming\darkmatter
3. Make a .txt file and paste the nodes listed below. Rename the .txt file to darkmatter.conf
4. Restart the wallet. It should sync after a while.

Checked github, few commits only, no activity have few days, the linux QT wallet doesn't work (I get segfault) but Windows one works in WINE.

better to try with amd rig or nvidia rig (as x11 should work better on nvidia). so i need the config file and what miner. thank you all in advance

You do not need to keep your wallet open 24/7 but open it every other day since it take 24 hours for the coins to mature to stake again.
