Yeah, I agree with you. The best way to do is guide them and tell them how they can see it in the site. This is common to all newbies now - they are lazy to search the details and they want a direct answers.  

I think if too support someone like him, he will be more lazy to read and their knowledge about crypto will not develop. Due to this situation the spamer are increasing. Until when should they be guided?
