You can not buy this token easily at ICO, you need to be invited to buy the token, they are making it 4 tier, tier 1, tier 2 and tier 3 already got invite, tier 4 probably next week, and every tier has its own minimum and maximum buyin, the project it self has a hardcap 15 million dollar. It is really good project and worth waiting..the team look really solid

In my opinion this token will hit $0.10 at the first date on thearket minimum. The real project with the real team working behind it. Also they have a good advisor. The token also will be usefull for trader. This is huge project. 200 mill market cap is no brain
 Or maybe 500 mill. Because they announce that the aplication they got is 500 mill and 33k people want to invest. But they only need 15 mill to work on this project.

Cindicator has a well structured ICO but I can't see it being a huge success when the token initially launches. I think a modest gain of around 25% would be a success. This is more one to hold for a longer period instead of ICO flipping.

Looks like a ploy to present themselves as exclusive. But really, if it all it takes is to enter your email on the website to get entered into the whitelist, I do not see how this will really stop people from signing up to the ICO. Only proper AML procedures can result in a vetting process. Then again,,, who will be in charge of auditing that vetting process? Looks like ICOs really have to reinvent themselves in the face of all the Chinese and South Korean bans!

Form the beginning they mentioned their hard cap is 15millions, when they reach their hard cap then they stopped the ICO. Actually, they know in the background how many tokens will be sold and how many people have joined the whitelist. But as far now they conduct the different ICO when compared to other ICO.

Whitelist members had to put a CND tag on our twitter and linkedin profiles, those who didn't got left out. So it's more than putting in your email, this ICO was conducted impressively.
