I and my friend submitted application over 1 week, no feedback, no email reply. NOTHING. We lost a lot of opportunity for buying other coins without withdrawn permission from NOVA.

Should I recommend others use NOVA exchange? NO!

Yes, I have the same problem. I have to beg them but no reply. I have to withdraw US$2000 every day and pay them process fee for each withdrawn! I have 10 bitcoins. Guess how many days I need to withdraw them? 20 days!!!!!!!!!!

I think the only way to get your money back is keeping asking the exchange for help, BTW, why you not choose to trade on some big exchanges, such as poloniex, bittrex and so on, even some small exchanges have cheaper fees, I think it is not so safe.

That's why they asked you submit lifting withdrawn limitation application but don't approve until you pay them the process fee. LOL

Never back to NOVAexchange. Bittrex took only a few minutes to complete the application. NOVA exchange need a few days, a few week, or maybe a month.

I don't think this is a big problem. Lots of people are having same kind of issues with also poloniex exchange. There must be some explanations about the verification delays. They should be also careful when verifying accounts to avoid fraud.

It was not causing by ddos, but the exchange site doesn't give any feedback to their users, In my understand the sites are working smoothly right now and never had a problem before.
I think that the nove exchange site didn't ever want their users to upgrade into the next tier.

That's correct! I will definitely leave this thread open and update when NOVA exchange give feedback to me. Let's see what happen. I assume they just want to hold your money which can cause big issue and impact users' investment.

Restricting withdrawals is a good thing to avoid trading fraud frauds cause market turmoil. Even so, unacceptable it not reply to a participant's request, not paying attention to customers is not a good thing, especially with exchange site .

How come it will be good? What if you are the one who encounter that problem and your balance will be stuck since the restriction you've said is so ok to implement on them?

They should revise that since there are people who's doing a good trades there and they should not implement this to majority of their traders.

I am pretty sure NOVA exchange did it deliberately. When you send email about what information need to provide for verification to the same contact email address. They gave you response within 24 hours. However, any lift withdrawal limitation request follow up to the same email address, no any reply and they keep silence. They asked you to do what they asked (provide passport and pictures), but they keep silence for a few weeks. Serious?

WHY? Because they ask you to come and trade, but they won't let you leave without any reason or explanation! Even the Casino site will let you go if you gamble there. BUT NOVA exchange is trash and shit exchange. I am not the only person has this problem. Several of my friends have the same problem, and nobody got their feedback.

If you are the new trader, don't go there unless you would like to withdraw you money US$2000 per day and pay them money again and again for each withdrawn.

If you are existing trader who has the same problem, STAND OUT and provide your experience and share with all community.

only sugestion dont use POLO, thats to many mess on it,many people issues lately

Tonight I sent some eth to novaexchange and traded it for another coin. Now when I try to withdrawal it says check your email to confirm but I don't get any emails to confirm. I get the 2fa emails no problem. I've checked spam, cancelled and tried again.

Is anyone else having this issue?

They are scammer compare with other exchange.

Many exchangers are actually having problems. On NOVAexchange I had no issues, but never had huge amounts on it. The restrictions on withdrawings are common, so I wouldn't think, that was an issue but regulations by law, I guess.

Most of exchanges limit the withdrawl of uncertified users not only NOVAexchange, so I often finish the certify before I trade.

This is indeed the case, but the problems go deeper here. Nova has been reporting that they are under sustained attack: they have switched to manual withdrawals, blocked a wide range of IP addresses, shut down registration for more than one week. People are having a lot of trouble accessing their accounts and withdrawing coins. I really hope they weren't already compromised and this is an exit scam, but that's a serious possibility here.

They also made a scary change to their terms recently:

BETA Notice

Novaexchange is currently in BETA mode in production mode until further notice. The BETA tag will be removed once all known bugs are fixed and no new bugs encountered for a period of 3 weeks. While BETA tag applies things can go wrong and Novaexchange will in timely matter help the user to restore (if any) digital currencies. A trade that has gone wrong can be reversed during 48 hours of the timestamp of the trade and only as long as the currency remain on Novaexchange, once withdrawn or 48 hours has passed that transaction cannot be reversed.

Be very careful with this exchange. I would advise against sending coins there... and I'd be withdrawing whatever I could right now.
