Transaction fee on bitcoin depends upon size of your transaction and you can find recommended fee to get confirmation in next block here

In electrum and in blockchain.info wallet you can set custom fee and can save some bitcoin but you might have to wait for hours to just get one confirmation if you just include few satoshis in fee. Current recommended fee is only around 31,640 satoshis but kraken is taking a fix fee rather than dynamic one. Use poloniex if you want to still pay 10000 satoshi in fee but use them at your own risk with lots of hickups they have right now.
