I have sent 135.55971163 CANN to Yobit on 09/10/2017.
There is no balance in my yobit account. I have sent a few email about it. But no reply.

I think you should move this to Scam accusation.
I have been reading and looks like after scams are public they take care.
Just make a google search about  ' YoBit scam ' you will find a lot of accusations made by customers.

they are not good exchange nay more they replay after a month or never reply ..recent case happen they stop there arc coin wallet and no one can take the coin to any exchange .and they also not reply ..and finally after a month they reply and open up the wallet .. no not recommended

This is why that exchange do really sucks because they don really make any announcement if a certain wallet have been repaired or not into a particular coin which would really lead into problems when someone tries to make a deposit and Yobit is famous for its support which do really sucks big time.No response regarding on the ticket you do send,if theres one then its a miracle. This is why i do left that site and jump into other exchanges.

Yobit really sucks I had worst experience with it in the past when I was new to trading world but when I came to know about Polo without thinking twice I moved all my funds to it and now all my trades are going smoothly without any issue.

Yobit's customer service is almost nonexistence and even when they do reply to you a long time afterwards, the funny thing is they request for tips in bitcoins which is a joke.  You shouldn't ask for a tip for issues due to your own platform.  That's like someone stealing your dog and when they return it to you, they want a reward.  lol

Exactly I have faced the same experience in the past and they took almost couple of weeks to solve my issue which was very much annoying and after solving they asked for the tip, I mean are you kidding me?? Poloniex is the best.

You are making a right decision on here on not using Yobit. This is the thing which i do when i was still new and still searching for new exchanges to trade on and someone did suggest yobit for cheap coins but the hindrance that stops me because of community feedbacks regarding on the site which are almost negative this is why i didnt plan to proceed on putting up funds on there.

with 1 Minute research you would notice that yobit stuck on block 2281999
they havent update to the latest version. thats why the wallet doesnt download new blocks.

but ok.

Yobit's support is really hard to contact they will not give you a reliable answer to your query this is one of the worst exchange that I used and why you keep on using it?

Yes, there are so many complains about withdrawal and appearance of balance in their wallets and yobit doesn't have a word on it.

They just keep on operating like there's no complain that is appearing in their system, good decision and just use those exchange that has good, friendly and strong support.

they certainly not the best user-friendly. I think they are slow dead when real decentralized exchange taking shape. i think the year 2018 will be the year for DEX. Just hope more liquidity into DEX soon.

I am not sure why people are so persistent in using yobit.
Do you see how many unresolved scam accusation they have? How many problems with different wallets?

Move on to a main exchange like bittrex is a better choice. Main exchanges often supply a better service than small exchanges.

Check this out, I calculated some time ago the amount of wallets Yobit has disabled.


Just did the math.

There are around 917 wallets in YoBit.

From those:
20 are in "Delayed" status. That's around a 2%
573 are "In Mainteinance" status. That's around a 62%
324 are online. That's a around 35%. However this number is even smaller as some of those online wallets are running a "YoBit Fork" (yeah, that's even a thing now) and some others appear to be online but they throw a last time warning, not allowing users to withdraw coins.

More than 50% of wallets disabled on a exchange. It's ridiculous.
