Maybe this may help you. I am also mining with 2 gtx 1080ti cards and apparently I had a problem with one of it, so in some place I read a recomendation that instead of use MSI Afterburner to overclock the gpus use the EVGA Precision XOC and configure each card individually, so I did that and in the first card set the gpu clock offset to 100 and the men clock offset to 800 and in the card that apparebtly was the problem I set gpu clock to 75 and the mem clock to 650, also in my bat file set the intensity to 0 (-i 0) and I get like 2 hasrate less that before but I also get less (considerable less) shares rejected and my computer works ok no more frozze.
