The concept is sound, but it's not a good sign when the website is down just before the launch of a project, and when the website appears unfinished when it's actually up. I think we'll see plenty of crypto projects backed by hard assets. I am a bit skeptical of this project, so I'll wait and see if the website can be restored. I also notice this project lacks a physical address or location on its website ("Singapore" is not very specific).

I also noticed this as well. An ICO should have a website with names and biographies, as well as a physical address. Otherwise how are people to assume you are trustworthy?
