Hi experts, is poloniex is working it is showing me below error. invested 10000$ in poloniex.

please help me how to resolve it

"Happened to me, too, yesterday and a week ago. (No bots, only manual usage at a normal pace). Always resolved itself after 30-60 min, so no need to panic."

Poloiex is not answering support tickets. I opened support tickets on june, july and august, none of them got replied by their support team. They also cause on purpose problems with withdrawals. Some people say they don't get their withdrawals.

Poloniex has been hit or miss recently (past  months) and there have been reports of slow withdrawals and in some cases deposits. It could just be growing pains, but it also could be a sign of something worse. In any event, I think with the way things are right now, $10,000 is a bit too much to trust to their platform.

There are enough other exchange options out there where you should probably split that money up some. I would look at removing some of your funds from Poloniex when you get access to the site again and only trade with what you would be comfortable losing if the exchange suddenly closed down. This advice is recommended with any exchange but even more so with ones that are exhibiting ongoing problems such as the issues Poloniex is currently experiencing.

I have used Poloniex for over 2 years but have recently pared down my exposure to them, not because I experienced any issues (except one delayed ETC deposit) but more so to all the reports I keep hearing.

I have long left the poloniex, I am concerned with some issues that arise. since the trollbox was removed I was disappointed and had never transacted there.
And I heard again today, I'm afraid I suggest you give a ticket to ask the team to fix this. Good luck.
