Odd. Lately I've generally have 12 to 16 connections. Did you purge your peers.dat recently?

Trying to re-sync to get on the right chain, I have addnode=60.230.205.245 but I can't get any connections either. Can anyone share some addnodes from the right chain?

I have added MemeCoin to P2Pool.org!

To view stats:

http://p2pool.org:17777/static/

To mine MemeCoin:

URL: http://p2pool.org:17777
Username: Your MemeCoin Wallet Address
Password: mem

It would be great if someone with some hash power would hop on really quick to solve one block.

Just to make sure everything is operating properly, it would be appreciated!

Happy Mining!

Get rid of your huge node list and replace it with these two:

addnode=46.98.221.16:7784
addnode=188.126.8.14:7784

Delete everything but wallet.dat in your %appdata% directory.

Then run the client again.

This should work.

This is interesting. These nodes were not in my (already long) list. Whose are they?

I've been mining on p2pool.org:17777 for a few days now, got a 20 coin payout on the 17th but nothing since.

I did give mem.botpool.net a try and that appeared much better I was at least getting consistent regular payouts so it looks like there might be an issue with p2pool?  However I have stuck with p2pool as I prefer these pools and want to help you resolve any problems if I can.

I have now managed to get my wallet to sync after adding the 2 nodes above.

My wallet is J54arnU7T7J2xyprxbJpHtAATBCf6cdM1G

New permanent MEM node: 193.68.21.22:7785

New MEM pool: http://mempool.digsys.bg
Please note the pool is very experimental so far, but if someone is interested to try it (and help me iron out bugs) it is much appreciated.

This coin could be nice, but one (or more) big multipool(s) is constantly raping it. Due to long diff adjustment time (after 600 blocks), once multipool raise diff, it takes days for diff to drop low again. And once diff is low again, multipool rapes it again....

Rape ? muddafudda'd is more like it.

He has dozens of 'setup to fail' coins, btw. Cryptsy is full of them.
