I have 5 posts and I have been on the forums for over 4 hours.  However, I still cannot post in the regular BTC forum.  What am I missing?
In order to achieve higher forum ranks, you need both activity points and merit points.

I don't believe this to be true... Think the system is just slow to upgrade your account. I made it out and was not whitelisted nor did i create 5 threads. Just have to wait a a little bit longer, it'll update.
