Hey guys, newbie here.

I'm looking for your insights regarding the subject.
If you were to lose trust in the future of the current governance ecosystem, what coins would you invest in other than BTC?

Please don't reply with "do your own research," this is a part of my research.

Ethereum

The only one that comes to mind straight away is ETH. That is a solid platform and allows for creating of tokens... which is an unbelievably necessary part of the crypto world. Debatably more important and influential than Bitcoin at this point, although it is a close race. I remember back in March when ETH was under $40 and we were wondering if it would ever get above $50. You can go with Bitcoin as well as Eth but I would like to add Monero into the top choices because of its more anonymous transaction capability (making it now the preferred currency of choice for those in the dark web). Of course, there are also other candidates but I could not speak for them as most of them can easily withered under a strong government pressure.
